Not sure exactly what you are allowed and not allowed to do when advocating for survivors within the legal system? Are you clear on the legal definition of the practice of law? Have you ever wondered if you are engaging in the practice of law, and whether your practices are legally authorized or unauthorized? Do you have questions about how Advocacy-Based Counseling can support legal advocacy?
