The Allstate Foundation has created programs for survivors seeking refuge from economic abuse. Check out their Financial Empowerment Curriculum and their Education and Job Training Assistance Fund.

If your abuser is arrested

You can sign up on the internet or by phone to get information about whether your abuser is still in jail or has been released. Once you register with SAVIN (Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification) you will receive telephone and e-mail notification when the offender is moving to another jail or is released.
